
Filip Cvrček
Michaela graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design, with a specialization in clothes and shoe design. Together with the designer Petr Mikošek she established the BOA studio in 2005, which focuses on projects in the field of interior, product and fashion design. In 2009 the studio won the Editors’ Prize for the Neoline collection of lights introduced at Designblok. In the same year BOA was selected by the jury to participate in the Shooting Fashion Stars fashion show, where it presented the Flame bag collection. Apart from the Boadesign studio projects, she also works with a number of companies (Novesta, Van den Berg, Meatfly, Alpine Pro, Ragwear, Kenvelo etc.) on creating clothes collections. Together with Petr Mikošek and Jan Čtvrtník she won the prestigious Red Dot Award for the minimalistic Baobab and Triangolo flower stands and the Calimero flower pot in 2012.
